This past weekend marked the second annual Tweed Ride
in beautiful Victoria, BC.
The weather was perhaps a little on the warm side for tweed, but I did not hear one person complain. It was a gorgeous day for a ride and everyone looked amazing again this year.
This year we picniced on the grounds of Craigdarroch Castle
. It was lovely to stretch out under the shade of a big old tree, enjoy our tea
and catch up with other riders we had the pleasure of meeting last year.
May 12th also marked the one year anniversary of a friendship that blossomed out of last year's ride. Here's a photo of the moment we met...
And here we are this year, about to do a little singing together at the Tweed Ride after party.
Such a glorious day... it's hard to wait until the next one!
